I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University's School of Engineering, and later my MBA from Harvard Business School.
I began my real estate career in 1990, and achieved success helping Pension Fund clients invest and manage commercial properties - office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes and industrial warehouse space. After 25 years in commercial real estate, I decided to pursue my true passion for working with people experiencing transition in their lives, and therefore where they live. Now a Realtor in residential real estate, and principal of Sutherland Realty Group, I specialize in the buying and selling of single family, multi-family, and condominium properties as personal residences and investments. Having purchased and sold a number of homes during my life's journey, I understand the unique set of emotions associated with selling a current home and buying a new one.
