Lizzy is a specialist in providing quality customer services. I am very patient in explaining policy, procedures, laws and rules. I will see customers in the office or at home during evening hours. I previously worked for the State of Florida and retired as a Service Center Manager. I managed an office with approximately 70 employees. Rule of thumb: I treat all of my customers the way I want my mother to be treated.
Lizzy retired from her career with the Department as a Service Center Manager overseeing two offices with a staff of over 60 people. During her tenure with the Department of Revenue she never forgot her true passion which is the Insurance industry. In 2012/13 she obtained her insurance licenses and began her second career as an independent insurance agent in southwest Florida. Lizzy’s affinity to help the elderly naturally drew her to the Medicare health plan portion of the insurance industry. While she continued in her position with the State of Florida, she was also a dedicated agent, devoting her free time to the insurance industry and her Medicare health plan customers.
Lizzy is a firm believer in quality service, customer satisfaction and customer retention. She accomplishes this by not only selling insurance but also in educating the consumer. Lizzy wants to ensure every customer that walks through her door is treated as she would like everyone to treat her own mother. She will provide education and consultations to establish your insurance needs.
